Duties and Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and dealing with all internal and external retail IT related queries. - Use information gathering skills to ensure that queries are identified and dealt with correctly. - Logging information into a database for call analysis and information for other team members. - Keep both internal and external customers updated of call progress and keep team updated with any new information. - Following up queries with other departments to ensure they have been dealt with. - Keep team members updated on any outstanding calls and of any potential problems. - To ensure you are up to date with any new software or hardware. Management Accountant

Reporting to the Financial Controller you will take ownership of the end to end billing process for this division of the business and be the point of contact for any billing related queries and manage the relationship between the business unit and the Shared Service Centre. In addition you will control all revenue including tracking, analysis and commentary on variances and assist in producing monthly management accounts, reconciliation of all inter-company transactions and reviews balance sheet reconciliations with Finance Shared Services. This role is to start ASAP and would suit a part qualified ACCA/CIMA Management Accountant with solid experience in reconciliations, assisting in producing management accounts in a medium to large business and variance analysis. You will have good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, have sound communication skills and experience using large ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP or Hyperion. Rate is up to £180 per day LTD and hours are 37.5 per week as standard Monday to Friday. Start date is ASAP.
