CUSTOMER RELATIONS ADVISORS – £15,000 basic, OTE £19,800

Working in the retentions department of this leading national communications services provider, you will be answering calls from customers who are on the brink of terminating their contract. Your job will be to get to the route of why this is, and find practical, clever solutions to their problems with the aim reselling the products, designing a new package and ultimately retaining them as customers.
This will mean working towards targets and delivering the highest levels of customer service as part of an ongoing commitment to the overall success of this organisation.
We have full and part time vacancies. For full time you’ll work between the hours of 11am - 8pm on a rota, Monday to Thursday, and 9am-5pm on Friday. For part time you will need to be available between 4pm and 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays. (Contracts are available from 16 – 23 hours per week)
